HCHS Class of 2011 Yearbook Portraits Info & Schedule

We will be at your school on June 11, 12, 18 and 19, from 10:00 through 4:00. All seniors are scheduled for either the 11th or 12th, with the 18th and 19th available for reschedules. You can find out when you are scheduled here.

You should have recieved a card, fill it out with your name, address, phone number(s), birthdate and your email address. Please print clearly! Then turn the card into your teacher.

You will receive picture package information in the mail within the next week. Fill out the package form and bring it with you the day you are scheduled for your yearbook shot. If you do not receive the form you can download it here. Otherwise, just show up at the school the day you are scheduled.

Next, you will be scheduled in alphabetical order. The first thirty seniors will show up at 10am the next 30 at 11am and so on. Or you can call the studio at 228-872-9754 to change or verify scheduled time. You can find out when you are scheduled here.

Appointments are necessary whether you’re having your portrait taken at the school, or if you choose to take advantage of our new studio on Hwy 57 across from The Shed.

There is no session fee to have your yearbook portrait taken, and Sunset Photography will supply the drapes and tuxedos.

Guys, if you can, wear a white T shirt. Be sure to remember to shave! If you get a haircut it’s best to get it a few days ahead of time.
Ladies, wear a spaghetti strap or strapless shirt. If you choose to wear make-up, apply it before your appointment.

For those who looking for a little more excitement, you may choose to come to the studio, where we offer environmental shots on the river, and a brand new, larger studio with a variety of props and backgrounds. The yearbook session is still free unless you fail to show for your scheduled appointment and until the yearbook deadline. We offer three additional sessions as well.

The Standard Session provides you with three changes-the drape or tuxedo, cap and gown, as well as one of your own outfits, all taken in studio. Session fee $35.00

The Deluxe Session is the most popular by far-you can bring a friend, your family, your truck or car, your pet-anything you love! It also includes inside and outside portraits, as many outfits as you can change into in an hour and a half, and of course, the drape or tux and cap and gown. Session fee $55.00

The Ultimate Session includes on location shots at the beach or the park, with the currently popular railroad tracks, as well. It also includes indoor portraits with a variety of backgrounds and props. You have two hours of time, and can change as many times as you would like, and can bring your own props, your pet, you family-whatever you like. Session fee $100.00

Appointments at the studio are given on a first come, first served basis. To ensure that you get the time and date that you want, schedule your appointment as soon as possible!
