Letter to HCHS Class of 2012

Congratulations Class of 2012!

Sunset Photography is pleased to have been chosen to be your yearbook photographers. We want your senior portraits to be the best they can be, and we want you to have fun while you’re with us! We are committed to providing you with exceptional portraits that capture your true personality and style.

In order to be in the yearbook your portrait MUST be taken by Sunset Photography. We are offering two ways to have your yearbook portrait taken.

At the School

We’ll be at your school one day in August and one day in September; date and time to be announced. You may also take your Senior portraits at the studio by appointment. The deadline for the yearbook portrait will be announced at the school-we do not guarantee your portrait will be in the yearbook if taken after the deadline. If you choose to have your drape or tuxedo portrait taken after the deadline, there will be a $20.00 Session Fee.

Sunset Photography will supply the drapes and tuxedos.
Guys, if you can, wear a white shirt. Be sure to remember to shave! If you get a haircut it’s best to get it a few days ahead of time.

Ladies, wear a spaghetti strap or strapless shirt. If you choose to wear make-up, apply it before your appointment.

At the Studio

For those who looking for a little more excitement, you may choose to come to the studio. We offer environmental shots on the river, beach, or railroad tracks; in addition to in studio shots with a variety of props and backgrounds. We offer three different sessions. Session fees now include an additional $50.00, which includes posting your images online. If you prefer to come in to the studio to view and order, the $50.00 will go towards your purchase. If you miss your viewing appointment without giving us 24 hours notice, the $50.00 will be forfeited.

• The Standard Session provides you with three changes-the drape or tuxedo, cap and gown, as well as one of your own outfits, all taken in studio. Session fee: $85.

• Our Deluxe Session is the most popular by far-you can bring a friend, your family, your truck or car, your pet-anything you love! It also includes inside and outside portraits, four outfit changes, and of course, the drape or tux and cap and gown. Session fee: $105.

• Our Ultimate Session includes everything the Deluxe Session includes, as well as on location shots at your choice of  the beach or the railroad tracks. You can change outfits up to five times, and can bring your own props, your pet, your family-whatever you like! And of course, it also includes the drape or tux, and cap and gown. Session fee: $150.

Remember-we do require an appointment for your senior portraits, and appointments are given on a first come, first served basis. To ensure that you get the time you want, please call right away.

Note: There will be a $25.00 fee if you miss your appointment without 24 hour notice.
